Late Winter is made brighter by the sweet & sour tastes of citrus. This hands-on class will give students a chance to cook and taste numerous dishes, utilizing these diverse and ancient fruit. Some of the recipes will include Walnut Pancakes with Meyer Lemon Syrup, Blood Orange & Goat Cheese Salad, as well as marinades that will compliment fish, poultry and pork. Pre-registration required.
