Everyone loves chicken! Whether it's fried, roasted, BBQ'd or smoked! Join Chef Pat as he guides students while they help prepare poultry cooked several different ways along with some fabulous sides. Students will be hands-on in their safe "Pod Stations" preparing recipes to accompany our winning "Chicken Dinner!" Chef Pat's classes fill up fast and this class is Covid limited in attendance! ***Enjoy dining on the feasts of your labor at the end of class! Registration for this class is for two people.
