Each year at the end of the fall and spring semesters, our Professional Culinary Students prepare a multi-course luncheon daily as a way to gain a real-time experience of working in a multi-faceted dining establishment. The menu of Restaurant is developed by the students themselves, made with the highest quality, locally sourced ingredients. We are also proud to serve wine that has been generously donated by some of the area's finest wineries. Vegetarian and Plant Forward Eating are extremely important to us and will be featured within our menus.


Event Details:

Location: Napa Valley Cooking School, St. Helena, CA

Date: November 19 through November 22 & December 3 through December 12 (Tuesday- Friday only, closed 11/26-11/29 in observance of Thanksgiving).

Party Size: The largest party we are able to accommodate via our online system is 6 people. See information below for parties larger than 6.

Seating Times: 11:30, 12:30, or 1:30.

Price: Price per guest is $45/person.

Online Reservations:

Open: November 6 at 8am and fill very quickly. Please be sure to indicate any dietary restrictions or allergies when you make your online reservation. We are unable to accommodate vegan diets, but offer vegetarian and gluten free options.

Waitlist: Should you be unable to secure a reservation online for your desired date(s), please contact us at 707-302-2452 to be placed on our waiting list. We regularly seat from our waiting list, contacting guests as far in advance as possible about any newly opened reservation, but sometimes only the day before or the morning of your requested date.

Parties Larger than Six: Please do not book multiple individual tables of 6 guests. Instead, please contact the Upper Valley Campus at 707-302-2452 during regular business hours. A non-refundable deposit (applicable towards your meals) is required for parties larger than 6 guests within 48 hours of booking (via check, cash, or credit card by contacting the Upper Valley Campus at 707-302-2452). Parties larger than 6 must be seated at the 11:30 seating.


Method: Payments accepted on the date of service are CASH AND CHECK ONLY. Checks can be made payable to Napa Valley College/Napa Valley Cooking School.

Gratuity: For parties less than 6, additional gratuity of 15% or more is highly appreciated and used exclusively for student educational enhancement activities. Parties of 6 or larger will automatically have 15% gratuity added.


Before November 19: Please call the Upper Valley Campus at 707-302-2452 during regular business hours to cancel or make changes to your reservation.

After November 19: Cancellations are accepted up to 24 hours prior to your reservation for parties smaller than six. All cancellations and reservation changes must be made between the hours of 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Please call the Restaurant Reservation line at 707-302-2460 and leave a message with the name your reservation is under, date, return phone number, and a short message about your change or cancellation.
